  • Troubleshoot why a caller's transactions were being denied and provide a viable solution.
  • Identify fraudulent activity and take action accordingly, such as placing disputes after freezing or blocking the account.

RadGrad Summer 2020 Internship, Student and Intern

RadGrad is a project that intends to improve and aid students in their STEM career path. It helps students and aspiring STEM specialists by guiding them through their degree program and presenting them post-graduate opportunities.

  • Part of the DevOps team for RadGrad
  • Research project for a better hosting platform for RadGrad.
  • Includes testing platforms by hosting mockup websites on them and testing their performance. The current platform that RadGrad utilizes does not have the best cost trade-off for performance.
  • Variables for research include performance, performance monitoring tools, scalability, and minimal cost trade-off.
  • Extensive management of time and resources due to the scale of the project and limited time given.
  • Presented final results and the potential advantages of using other hosting platforms over the currently utilized expensive platform.

National Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition, Competitor

Cyber defense competition where an eight person team work to secure eight computers. We are the 'blue' side, who are working to defend against the attacking 'red' side.
